"In with the wolves"

Films: Animals (2008)

Alias: Vic, Jarett, Nora

Type: Mystical

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of average humans.

Affiliation: Good (Jarrett), Neutral (Nora), Evil (Vic)

Summary: Oh joy, another werewolf movie. Oh, wait! This time the werewolves behave on a way more spiritual-looking level. In the year we were cursed with "Twilight", the werewolves were already making fools of themselves.

History: Beneath human suspicion, there are the animal people. Folks who can become spirit-like werewolves on a whim, or simply devolve into ravenous man-eating cannibals if need be. Vic is a current alpha among these beings, but his old flame Nora has recently infected football dropout Jarrett. Now, poor Jarrett has to defeat Vic in order to get his life back in check.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: As one might guess, the end is one big fight between Jarrett and Vic, which ends with the former killing the latter. At long last, the streets are safe again.

Powers/Abilities: Can shapeshift into ghostly werewolves with great power.

Weakness: Each-other.

Scariness Factor: 3-When partially transformed, these guys capture that animalistic fury deep inside. But when fully transformed...let's just say that the CGI could have used lots of work. Lots of it.

Trivia: -This film was directed by Douglas Aarniokoski, who also had a hand in the later 2010 film adaptation of "Tekken".

-Vic was played by Naveen Andrews, who"s best claim to fame, aside from "Lost", was being "that Sikh Bloke" in 1996's "The English Patient".
